Confirm hosting logs, retention and disclosure practices before treating this as your finalized public notice.
What we collect
General contact: name or display name, email, topic and message. Commission requests: contact details, project description, reference links, intended usage, budget, timeline and production preferences. The server also processes technical information used for spam filtering, such as IP address and CAPTCHA results.
Why we use it
To receive and review inquiries, respond by email, discuss projects and quotes, protect the forms from abuse and maintain necessary business records. Submission does not start a commission or authorize marketing email.
Who processes it
DreamHost hosts the website and email mailbox. Google reCAPTCHA v3 evaluates submissions for abuse; Google may process browser and device information under its own terms and privacy policy. Email transmission and mailbox hosting involve service providers.
Where it is kept
Messages are delivered to the IZAKTLY studio mailbox. Rate-limiting information may be written to temporary server files, and ordinary hosting logs may include technical request data. No standalone client portal or inquiry database is part of the current build.
Retention & requests
Information should be kept only as needed for responses, legitimate business recordkeeping, security and legal obligations. Exact mailbox and hosting-log retention periods have not yet been verified. Contact support@izaktly.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to legal or operational requirements.
Third-party links
The website links to project platforms and other websites that apply their own privacy practices. Their policies govern information collected on those services.
Security
We use HTTPS, server-side spam verification and restricted configuration for private verification credentials. No online system can guarantee complete security; do not submit passwords or sensitive personal information in inquiry forms.
